What can I send you?
Send rough notes, screenshots, emails, forms, existing documents, voice-note transcripts, or a description of what you need. You do not have to organize everything first.
Can you create the wording too?
Yes. We can organize and draft wording from the facts and instructions you provide, then format the finished document.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT can help generate text. Marell Docs handles the entire job: intake, organization, drafting, formatting, revision, quality checking, and final delivery. You send the problem and information; we return the finished document.
How quickly can I receive my document?
Most quick documents take one business day. Standard documents usually take one to three business days. Larger custom projects receive a quoted schedule. Turnaround begins after payment and complete information are received.
Are revisions included?
One standard revision is included unless your quote states otherwise. New facts, a changed direction, or added deliverables may cost extra.
When do I pay?
Projects under $250 are paid in full before work begins. Projects of $250 or more normally require a 50% deposit.
Will I receive an editable file?
Yes, when appropriate. Deliverables may include Word and PDF files, as stated in your quote.
Do you only serve Philadelphia?
No. Marell Docs is Philadelphia-based and can serve customers remotely.
Do you provide legal documents or legal advice?
No. Marell Docs is a general professional document-services business, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal strategy, or representation.
